Data Scientist, Software Engineer & Entrepreneur
Building AI-driven ventures at the intersection of real estate, finance, and technology.
About Me
I'm a data scientist, software engineer, and entrepreneur with a Ph.D. in polymer chemistry from the City University of New York. My work spans machine learning, data analytics, systems engineering, and investment strategy.
I founded Relm.ai, an AI-powered real estate intelligence platform, and co-founded Gravis Group, an AI-powered affiliate media buying agency. I also run Alpha Inertia Capital, a quantitative trading firm.
My technical expertise includes building AI agents, multimodal search engines, scalable data pipelines, and production ML systems. I've worked with Go, Python, TypeScript, React Native, Swift, and AWS infrastructure at scale.
During my Ph.D., I developed novel self-cleaning coatings for solar panels and won multiple IEEE Best Student Paper Awards for my research on hydrophobic glass surfaces.
Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
My Companies
AI-powered real estate intelligence platform. Built proprietary multimodal search agents, segmentation models, and iOS/Android applications. Raised Pre-Seed and Seed rounds.
AI-powered affiliate media buying agency (formerly Adwise Partners). Partners with all major operators in U.S. states. Built GambleSpot.com and custom AI content platforms.
Registered Investment Adviser in NYS, now operating as family office. Long/short equity portfolio utilizing machine learning with Python, TensorFlow, and IBKR API.
Projects
Decentralized stock options exchange via Ethereum smart contracts. Buy and sell stock options on Ethereum blockchain with Solidity and Node.js.
Computer vision analysis of self-cleaning properties of solar panel glass. Won Best Student Paper Award at IEEE WCPEC-7.
Moving and relocation platform connecting users with verified moving companies. Full-stack application with booking and payment integration.
